- Responsible for Sales and Business Development activities for training related requirements.
- Responsible for building and developing network.
- Responsible for coordinating with Clients and Consultants for escalating sales growth.
- Generate weekly and monthly Sales Report
- Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target.
- Recruitment Specialist-
- Responsible for Sales and Business Development activities for recruitment related requirements.
- Responsible for posting jobs and access job portals
- Responsible for sourcing, screening of profiles and scheduling interviews.
- Responsible for conducting first round of interview with candidates.
- Responsible for coordinating with clients and the candidates till they join.
- Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target.
- Trainers
- Atleast 3 years experience design and development of content for soft skills training as well as proven experience in delivering training programs with leading companies
Strong communication and presentation skills
Desire to become full time trainer and passionate about delivering training
Ready to travel across India whenever need may be and stay out for multiple days at client locations for training delivery |
